Pair or unpair a controller with your iOS device
- Begin with your controller turned off. Then to put your controller in pairing mode:
- With an Xbox Wireless Controller, press the Xbox button to turn on the controller. Then press and hold the Connect button for a few seconds.
- With a DUALSHOCK®4 Wireless Controller, press and hold the PS and Share buttons at the same time until the light bar begins to flash.
- On your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad, tap Settings.
- Select Bluetooth and check that it's turned on.
- To pair, find the name of your controller under Other Devices. Tap the name to connect.
- To unpair, tap Information next to the name of the device, then tap Forget This Device.

- On your Apple TV 4K or Apple TV HD, go to Settings > Remotes and Devices > Bluetooth.
- Wait while your Apple TV searches for nearby Bluetooth Accessories.
- To pair, select the name of your controller. You'll know that your controller is connected when a notification that says Controller Connected briefly appears on your TV.
- To unpair, select the name of your controller, then select Unpair Device. You'll see a notification on your TV that says Controller Connection Lost.

If your controller won't connect or doesn't work as expected
- Unpair it, then pair it again. If you still can't pair or connect, get help pairing your Bluetooth accessory to your iOS device.
- If your DUALSHOCK®4 Wireless Controller pairs but then you see a Connection Unsuccessful notification, press the PS button in the middle of the controller and wait for it to connect.
- Make sure that you're not trying to connect too many Bluetooth accessories at once. Apple TV 4K and Apple TV HD support up to two controllers at once, and other Bluetooth limits vary by device.
- Some controller functions aren't supported when paired with an Apple device, including the controller's audio jack. Contact Apple Support for more details.

How to Install PS4 Remote Play
Step 1) Firstly, you need to download and install the app. To download it click here. After it is downloaded, install the app and follow the instructions.
Step 2) Your PS4 software should be updated to 3.50. If you are running an older version, you will be prompted to download and install update.

If you don’t get a prompt you have to manually download the update by going to Settings and then System Software Update.
Step 3) Next, launch PC Remote Play app and connect DualShock 4 controller. Currently, the Remote Play app works with wired connections only. Therefore, you’ll have to plug your PS4 controller into your device (PC/Mac) via a USB cable. Now click “Start”.
Step 4) Now, login to your PSN account, it is same PlayStation 4 account.
Step 5 a) Once the app is installed it will automatically look up for your PS4. If it powered on or registered as the primary PS4 only then it will be searched via internet.

Step 5b) If it isn’t detected, click Manually Connect, while connecting it manually make sure that your PS4 and your PC/Mac are on the same network.
To search manually, on your PS4, go to Settings then Remote Play Connection Settings next Add device now enter the number provided on the Remote Play app.
Step 6 – Once all is done PS4 will be connected with your device. Now you are all ready. If you want to check your connection settings, disconnect from Remote Play by closing the Remote Play app.
Before connecting, click Settings and change the resolution, for better performance.
After you are connected, you will be asked to choose the streaming quality for Remote Play(for the first time users only). Select the resolution and the frame rate for your stream. Click “Ok” you’ll now see your PS4 menu streamed to your PC.
